Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Retail Manager to oversee our bustling 1st Floor. This role is pivotal in guiding our dedicated team and ensuring the highest standards of customer service are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the 1st Floor team, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure operational excellence through effective planning and organization.
  • Support team development by providing coaching on product knowledge and operational procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with various departments, including Buying, Merchandising, HR, and Visual Merchandising.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a background in a similar fast-paced retail environment, preferably within the luxury sector. You should possess a track record of managing team performance and be adaptable to varying work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
