About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Jewson. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our product lines and services to provide expert advice and solutions to customers.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing customer accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders, organize delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
  • Branch Maintenance: Maintain a clean and tidy branch environment, ensuring a great first impression for customers.
  • Stock Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
