About the Role

Barnard Marcus is seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Services Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team of Mortgage Consultants across 7 branches in South West London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and retaining a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional mortgage advisory services to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve revenue growth and meet performance targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Mortgage Consultants to achieve personal business objectives and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Estate Agency colleagues and the New Homes team to ensure a consistent approach to business development activities.
  • Implement and monitor business processes to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and statutory rules and regulations.
  • Ensure team members maintain best practice and adhere to all relevant legislation, promoting a customer-focused approach to business processes.
Requirements
  • CeMAP qualification (or industry-recognized equivalent) is a must-have.
  • Proven track record of sales leadership in Mortgage services.
  • Excellent knowledge of Financial Services core products.
  • Working knowledge of identifying and maximizing business opportunities within the estate agency environment.
  • Familiarity with legislation impacting Financial Services businesses, particularly in mortgage & protection sectors.
