The successful candidate will have strong experience in a finance department, with knowledge of payroll processes and a high attention to detail. You will be a strong team player, driven by a desire to improve and automate current processes, collaborating with the People Team, Finance, and the payroll bureau.
Key Responsibilities- Perform detailed analysis of people costs each month, with variance analysis against budget
- Drive forward a project to improve and automate the current payroll processes
The role will be based in our Ashby de la Zouch office, with full-time hours (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm) and flexibility on start/finish times as long as core hours of 10am - 4pm are covered.
