Position Overview

We are seeking a committed Catering Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation of our catering services on a part-time basis, with a contract of 32 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored accurately and promptly.
  • Lead a team, fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
  • Act as a responsible key holder.
  • Assist with weekly administrative tasks and other essential duties.
  • Create weekly schedules in accordance with management guidelines.
  • Order supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members remain proactive.
  • Adhere to Food Handling and Hygiene standards.
  • Comply with Health and Safety regulations.
