Food Services Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Services Supervisor to join our team at Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer providing fresh innovative food services to independent schools and colleges.
As a Food Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner according to established menus and recipes. You will maintain cleanliness of the front of house areas, including organizing dishes and utensils, and follow proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.
You will also monitor inventory levels of food and supplies, notify management of any shortages or discrepancies, and provide friendly and efficient service to students and staff during mealtimes, addressing any concerns or special dietary needs.
We are looking for a flexible and customer-focused individual with good health and safety knowledge, excellent organization skills, and a can-do attitude. If you are passionate about creating delicious dining experiences and have a flexible approach to work, we would love to hear from you.
