Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as an Administrator at a dynamic and thriving finance firm in the UK. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the accountancy services division, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage and maintain accurate records, prepare and distribute documents, and perform other administrative duties as required.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, providing support and assistance when needed.
  • Software Proficiency: Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of software platforms used by the accountancy services division.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to anti-money laundering procedures and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the finance industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using software platforms utilised by the accountancy services division.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
