We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our thriving academy. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support to students with special educational needs, enabling them to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to students with SEN, adapting to their unique needs and requirements.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning plans.
- Assist with classroom activities, including preparing materials, supervising students, and maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students with physical disabilities, providing personal care and supervision as needed.
