About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our expanding team at Search. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all plant equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize downtime and optimize production processes.
  • Lead a team of up to 20 engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of their tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the success of our operations team.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in engineering and operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of plant-based production, control panels, and systems.
  • Ability to manage large teams and drive business growth.
  • Excellent planning, project, and budget management skills.
  • Strong electrical experience and knowledge of FMCG and manufacturing processes.
