**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced **Engineering Manager** to join our team at Search, a growing business with extensive development and growth plans. As an Engineering Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the team and company deliver high-quality products efficiently and reliably by ensuring the equipment and plant are well maintained.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee all plant equipment to ensure maximum efficiency in safety, performance, efficiency, and reliability, aligning with set monthly targets.
  • Minimize downtime of equipment and maintain maximum efficiency of production equipment.
  • Effectively manage a team of up to 20 engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
  • Support with new installations and technology, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Ensure sites meet compliance with all relevant legislation and statutory inspections, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Perform other production engineer activities as required, contributing to the overall success of the team.

**Requirements**

  • Extensive engineering knowledge and experience, with a strong background in electrical engineering.
  • FMCG and manufacturing experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge of plant-based production, control panels, and systems, with the ability to analyze and improve processes.
  • Ability to manage large teams, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Planning, project, and budget experience, with a focus on delivering results and driving growth.
