We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Think Care, a renowned provider of high-quality care services. The role involves overseeing the delivery of care services, managing staff and resources effectively, developing and implementing comprehensive care plans, and liaising with families and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in healthcare management, experience in a senior role, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of care services and ensure high levels of care in line with regulations
  • Manage staff and resources effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the service
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans to meet the needs of service users
  • Liaise with families and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Assess, supervise, and manage the care team to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Follow policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards
  • Deal with safeguarding issues and ensure the well-being of service users
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the success of the service
  • Contribute to audits and outcomes for service users
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in healthcare management (level 3 or above)
  • Experience in a senior role, ideally in a supported living or residential care home setting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong character and good communication skills
  • Reflective leadership style
  • Desire to develop own management style
  • Ability to work closely with regional managers to develop growth plans for the service
Benefits:
  • Basic salary of up to £30,000 DOE
