Key Responsibilities:- Process monthly payroll for around 3000 employees, ensuring accuracy and punctuality.
- Handle multiple payrolls, publish reports, and manage timesheets with utmost diligence.
- Liaise with the payroll team to resolve queries and maintain seamless operations.
- Record payroll deductions accurately and provide backup for team members as needed.
- Produce statutory information to comply with legal and company standards.
- Prior experience in a payroll environment and handling multiple payrolls.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ADP iHCM is a plus.
- Work week of 35.25 hours, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours.
