Job Title: Project Engineer - Continuous Improvement

Join our team at Element Solutions Inc as a Project Engineer - Continuous Improvement, where you will play a key role in driving process improvements and capital investments across our UK Manufacturing sites.

Job Purpose:

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements and capital investments to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements and capital investments to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Manage and implement key projects associated with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Process Improvement
  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules to effectively execute capital investments on time and within budget
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • Experience working as a Project Engineer or in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
