Job Title: Project Engineer

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across all areas of the business, monitored against key manufacturing KPIs such as yield loss, scrap, and customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reduce manufacturing equipment downtime by route cause analysis and driving the implementation of corrective and preventative actions.
  • Evaluate current production activities with the use of statistical analysis tools to identify variation in the production process and drive recommendations for improvement.
  • Define and implement effective process monitoring tools and techniques to fully quantify process characteristics and monitor process variation.
  • Manage and implement key projects associated with Health & Safety, Environmental and Process Improvement.
  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules to effectively execute capital investment on time, within budget while maintaining a high level of coordination and communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
