Job Overview

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing Division, you will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation campaigns to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative marketing strategies and plans to increase visibility and drive sales across target markets.
  • Support the brand through online and offline marketing, delivering frequent and timely content creation, social media, video, and other marketing materials.
  • Manage and develop the CRM system, including administration duties, GDPR compliance, report generation, lead management, campaign creation and management, and updating structure and workflow.
  • Manage and develop the company website, ensuring optimization for SEO and updating pages with current material.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a B2B environment, preferably in an engineering, manufacturing, technical, or industrial setting.
  • Experience using a CRM and managing a website through CMS (Wordpress would be advantageous).
  • Experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Google Console, and Yoast.
  • Experience working within a marketing role for the purpose of lead generation and marketing to an international market.
