**Job Overview:** As an M & E Preconstruction Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of building services during the pre-construction phase.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Developing and implementing work-winning strategies for Mechanical & Electrical package tenders of values £4m - £40m
- Ensuring compliance with Company Group and Sector Specific Procedures and Policies.
- Maintaining high standards in bid accuracy, risk assessment, and supply chain selection.
- Collaborating with Pre-construction and work-winning teams to develop winning strategies.
- Reviewing tender documents, identifying risks, and establishing mitigation measures.
- Conducting buildability and program reviews.
- Assisting estimators in understanding BWIC requirements.
- Producing accurate and optimized estimates aligned with bid strategy.
- Building strong relationships with Supply Chain, Pre-construction, and Operational teams.
- Leading the production of the M&E tender phase and facilitating its transition to the operations team.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Comprehensive experience in delivering large-value MEPH projects
- Recognised higher level Mechanical or Electrical qualification
- Ability to read and interpret tender drawings and specifications
