About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to oversee the construction of our developments throughout the Eastern Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating build programmes, ensuring the progress of construction on 4-5 sites, and maintaining the company's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage build programmes for multiple sites
  • Oversee the progress of construction on 4-5 sites, ensuring timely completion and quality standards
  • Work closely with Site Managers to ensure efficient execution of works and cost control
  • Maintain good working relationships with internal departments, including Commercial, Technical, CRL Plant Services, and Sales & Marketing
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the NHBC to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in traditional residential construction, with a relevant qualification such as HNC/HND in building or a construction-related degree. You will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple sites simultaneously.
