Job Title: Client Acquisition Specialist

Location: Full-time / On-site

Working Hours: Standard business hours, Monday to Friday (Flexible)

Salary Expectations: Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives

Role Overview: We are in the process of expanding our team and are seeking a motivated Client Acquisition Specialist to join Clearcut Outsourcing's vibrant workforce.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with our leadership team to engage with our network and uncover new business prospects. We are committed to onboarding new talent and fostering both personal and professional development.

As a Client Acquisition Specialist, your key responsibility will be to generate leads and schedule meetings with potential clients. Your primary objective will be to identify and pursue outsourcing opportunities, positioning Clearcut Outsourcing as the preferred choice for accountancy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound communications to generate leads and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
  • Perform market analysis to identify opportunities within the accountancy outsourcing industry.
  • Leverage LinkedIn and other platforms to discover and connect with potential clients.
  • Maintain and update our CRM system with comprehensive notes from your interactions.
  • Work in tandem with sales and marketing teams to devise and implement effective outreach strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Background in sales, telesales, customer service, or business development.
  • Confidence and comfort with initiating cold calls.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other prospecting tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a personable demeanor.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to think creatively and work independently.
  • Dedicated to ongoing learning and personal advancement.
