Job Overview

We're seeking a motivated and people-first individual to join our Retail team in Horsham. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and advise them on high-value purchases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, listening to customers' needs and guiding them to find the perfect fit.
  • Be on hand every step of the way, from greeting customers at the door to getting to know them and their sleep preferences.
  • Become a Sleepmatch Master, using our market-leading sleep technology to help customers choose the right mattress just for them.
  • Help maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, including general housekeeping and cleaning.

Requirements
  • Engaging and positive personality, with a natural ability to bond with customers
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish great relationships
  • Determination and motivation to work towards KPIs and sales targets
  • Ability to work full-time (38.5 hours per week), including weekends and bank holidays
