Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Horsham. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, working closely with customers to understand their needs and advising them on high-value purchases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, using our market-leading sleep technology to help them choose the right mattress.
  • Be on hand to assist customers throughout their shopping experience, from greeting at the door to helping them find the perfect bed.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the store by maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with new products and promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Highly motivated and driven, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and customer service principles, with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
