About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to join our client's team in a dynamic and growing business. As a key member of the Senior Leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and driving the company's overseas financial strategy and planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance and leadership to the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports to stakeholders, including the board of directors and senior management.
  • Financial Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to ensure the company's financial stability and security.
  • Financial Systems and Processes: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in a high-growth business.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, ACMA) are highly desirable.
  • Skills and Attributes: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 (dependent on experience).
  • Benefits Package: 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, private medical and dental insurance, company pension, and company ownership scheme.
