Job Description

Overview

Marks Sattin Executive Search is partnering with a dynamic, privately-owned construction services business backed by private equity investors to find an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This individual will play a pivotal role in preparing the company for a successful exit, while also shaping the strategic direction to ensure sustainable growth and value creation beyond the sale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assume full responsibility for the finance function, implementing the necessary systems, processes, and controls to drive business growth.
  • Develop, execute, and evaluate the company's overarching strategy in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
  • Deliver incisive performance analysis, rigorous forecasting, and insightful reporting to support executive-level decision-making.
