Job Overview

Fusion Group is seeking a seasoned Finance Director to lead the finance function and drive commercial growth. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for all day-to-day financial activities and act as a finance business partner to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evolve the finance function to provide strategic insights and support business growth through enhanced reporting, KPIs, management information, and data analytics.
  • Drive commercial initiatives to increase client profitability, optimize staff utilization, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement financial systems to support business scalability, leveraging automation and data visualization tools.
  • Own the budgeting and forecasting process, producing comprehensive board packs and ensuring effective cash flow management and statutory reporting.

Your Profile:

  • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with hands-on experience as a Finance Director, Financial Controller, or Head of Finance in an integrated agency environment.
  • Proven track record of driving commercial growth and playing a pivotal role in supporting a CEO or Founder in driving business initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to proactively solve problems and drive business outcomes.
