Job Summary

This law firm has a strong reputation for its employment work, and we are seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join our successful team. As a home working employment solicitor, you will work on a mix of advisory and contentious work for respondent clients, managing key relationships and supervising junior fee earners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert employment law advice to clients
  • Manage and develop key client relationships
  • Supervise and mentor junior fee earners
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's employment law practice

Requirements

  • Senior Associate or Legal Director level experience in employment law
  • Excellent technical skills and ability to build strong client relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
