Employment Law Solicitor/Lawyer Opportunity

Key Responsibilities- Manage a diverse workload and caseloads, handling all aspects of Employment Tribunal claims (respondents only), including drafting ET3 responses, preparing trial bundles, and drafting witness statements.
- Advising on TUPE, redundancy, discrimination, unfair dismissal, and other employment matters.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts of employment, employee handbooks, as well as day-to-day letters and documents such as disciplinary invites and outcome letters.
- Managing day-to-day client relationships and providing tailored advice to meet client needs.
- Remote or Hybrid Working: Flexibility to work from home or in a hybrid model.

- Team-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote or hybrid setting.
