Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Supply Chain Planner to join our team at Faith Recruitment. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply and demand operations, inventory planning and analysis, sales and purchase reporting, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with brand partners and internal teams to effectively plan demand and intake for internal and external clients.
  • Analyze and evaluate sales trends to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase or decrease sales, as needed.
  • Provide rolling monthly purchase forecasts to each department, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Report sales performance within the previous month, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are aware of peak intake periods, enabling proactive planning and resource allocation.
  • Monitor slow-moving stock lines and present findings to the Sales Director, recommending actions to optimize inventory levels.
  • Work closely with Marketing teams to understand requirements and develop effective supply chain solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with supply chain teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles and practices.
  • Experience with Excel and modeling tools, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple teams and suppliers.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, business administration, or a related discipline.
