We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Demand Planner to join our team at Faith Recruitment. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply and demand operations, inventory planning and analysis, sales and purchase reporting, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with brand partners and internal teams to effectively plan demand and intake of internal and external clients.
- Analyze and evaluate sales trends to inform business decisions.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase or decrease sales as needed.
- Provide rolling monthly purchase forecasts to each department.
- Report sales performance within the previous month.
- Ensure all stakeholders are aware of peaks in intake and slow-moving stock lines.
- Work closely with marketing teams to understand requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with supply chain teams and stakeholders.
- Strong supply chain knowledge and experience with Excel and modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and suppliers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
