Job Title: Air Conditioning Service Controller

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Air Conditioning Service Controller to join our team at FRONTrunner Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our air conditioning service division.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the service activities of our team of engineers, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring their work. You will also be the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the service activities of our team of engineers, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring their work.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that all service activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of service activities, including job schedules, engineer availability, and client communication.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase service revenue.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a service coordination or administration role, preferably in the air conditioning or refrigeration industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
