Job Title: Air Conditioning Service Controller

FRONTrunner Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Air Conditioning Service Controller to join their team. As a Service Controller, you will be responsible for coordinating the work of engineers and ensuring that clients receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the work of engineers and ensure that clients receive excellent service
  • Answer calls from clients, take down issues, and book out engineers to rectify problems
  • Book out engineers for yearly planned maintenance calls
  • Ensure all engineers complete paperwork for these jobs
  • Work in a long-standing admin team to aid company directors and engineers on site
Requirements:
  • Living close to the office in Sevenoaks
  • Fully computer literate, with experience with booking software Joblogic beneficial but not essential
  • Good telephone manner and administration skills
  • Experience working in a service controller or help desk environment within any engineering or construction field
  • Good organisational skills, as this is a reactive position and you may be dealing with multiple issues at once
  • Being a driver is ideal, as public transport is limited in the area
Benefits:
  • 30-35k basic salary
  • 22 days holidays + 8 bank holidays, increasing with length of service
  • Free parking at the office
