Job Title: Air Conditioning Engineer

FRONTrunner Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team. As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for providing service and maintenance on commercial air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide service and maintenance on commercial air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
  • Work on air conditioning 95% of the time, including splits, multi splits, VRV, and VRF equipment, as well as small chillers
  • Cover the London and M25 area
  • Deal with well-known clients and established HVAC contractors
Benefits:
  • Basic salary of 40-47k depending on experience
  • Monthly engineer's bonus based on personal performance (anything from £100 to £500 per month)
  • Plenty of overtime, including a call-out rota
  • Van, phone, iPad, fuel card, uniform, and specialist tools
  • 25 days' holidays + 8 bank holidays
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in air conditioning service and maintenance on splits, VRV, VRF, and small chillers
  • Living in or around the London or M25 area, preferably south-east London
  • Relevant industry qualifications, such as a F-Gas certificate and a C&G in air conditioning
  • Consideration for a trainee air conditioning engineer to train up further with a reduced salary
