Job Description for Financial Advisor at Oasis Crescent

Job Summary:

Oasis Crescent is seeking a highly skilled Financial Advisor to join our team of professionals in the financial services industry. As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and growing your portfolio of clients while providing expert financial planning advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized financial planning advice and guidance.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Conduct thorough financial needs analyses, prepare and present recommendations or solutions to clients, and implement, review, and monitor on an ongoing basis.
  • Investment Management: Generate leads, set up appointments, meet with clients, and close deals, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained and associated administration is completed effectively.
  • Marketing and Business Development: Assist with ad hoc marketing drives in your region, effectively servicing clients across multiple centers, and providing ideas for new product development.
  • Reporting and Administration: Update Profida Report on a daily basis, submit daily travel reports, and submit demographic reports of clients.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of Collective Investment Schemes, Retail Retirement Fund Industry, and Wealth Management.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of financial planning principles and investment strategies, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain and develop relationships with clients.

Remuneration:

  • Fixed remuneration package (not commission-based).
