About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Receptionist to join our team at JLL. As the primary point of contact for client visitors and employees, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist candidates, new hires, visitors, and the general public, directing them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Receive, direct, and relay telephone, email, and other queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administer parking spaces for visitors and employees, arranging taxis as requested.
  • Book onsite meeting rooms and hospitality according to client requests and site procedures.
  • Liaise with site managing agents and security, completing inductions for HS&E and maintaining a high level of security awareness.
  • Issue ID and access badges for new hires, vendors, and visitors, maintaining records and monitoring office consumables.
  • Carry out site inductions for new starters and provide support for any concerns raised.
  • Understand and actively support JLL's Quality Management program.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
