### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Maritime Operations Manager. As a key member of our Sightseeing division, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our vessels on the River Thames.

### Key Responsibilities

* Conduct daily safety briefings for crew members to ensure they are aware of their responsibilities and the procedures in place to maintain a safe working environment
* Account for and safely embark and disembark passengers from designated locations along the River Thames
* Ensure the vessel has an adequate supply of fresh water for passengers prior to commencing service
* Collaborate with other departments to implement and maintain a robust safety management system

### Requirements

* Tier 1 & 2 Boat Masters license
* Local knowledge endorsement
* Full understanding of Health & Safety afloat and ashore
