About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Support Worker to join our team. You will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals with mental health needs within a residential setting. Your responsibilities will include ensuring their safety, well-being, and promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care assistance, including medication administration, as required.
  • Create a safe and supportive environment for residents.
  • Encourage social interaction and participation in activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the service.

Skills and Experience

  • NVQ Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care, or equivalent experience in a care setting.
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health needs is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
