Job Summary:

The TalentPool Company is seeking an experienced Commercial Relationship Manager to manage our Waitrose account for a maternity cover. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results.

About the Role:

As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a close relationship with the customer to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results
  • Planning, negotiating, and implementing joint business plans (JBP) to achieve business objectives
  • Owning the financial and volume sales and operations planning (S&OP) cycle to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Managing promotional funding and trade spend to optimize business performance
  • Driving cross-category thought leadership with the customer to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in FMCG national account management, with a strong track record of delivering business growth and results
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for consumer goods and business development
