We are excited to announce an opportunity with Norse Group for a Cleaning Operations Supervisor. This part-time role involves working 30 hours per week, with a schedule that includes early morning and late afternoon shifts.

Role Overview

In this position, you will oversee the effective delivery of our cleaning services while managing a dedicated team of cleaning staff. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring service standards are met and communicated effectively
  • Maintaining and organizing cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Monitoring attendance and managing time efficiently
  • Upholding health and safety regulations on-site

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will have relevant experience in a commercial cleaning setting, along with a background in supervising or leading teams, though prior experience in the cleaning industry is not mandatory.

Additionally, you should possess:

  • Strong communication skills to engage with clients and the public
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage workloads effectively
  • A keen attention to detail, ensuring high standards of customer service
