Job Summary:

Crimson is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a comprehensive project focused on implementing a full-scale stock solution across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project governance, ensuring adherence to timelines and managing the budget.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication among all stakeholders.
  • Supervise the three main workstreams: Systems, Processes, and Data.
  • Ensure seamless integration and alignment of workstream activities with overarching project objectives.
  • Promote communication and collaboration among workstream leads, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and dependencies.
  • Identify and allocate project resources, optimizing utilization and capacity planning.
  • Address resource conflicts and prioritize tasks to ensure critical activities receive proper support.
  • Assist in the development and training of project team members, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Establish strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders to promote efficient teamwork and resolve issues.
  • Organize regular stakeholder meetings, ensuring transparent communication of project progress, risks, and challenges.
  • Oversee stakeholder expectations to ensure they align with project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in managing complex, multi-workstream project environments.
  • Demonstrated success in leading intricate projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Skilled in using project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello)
  • Resource Management
  • Risk Management experience

Crimson offers a competitive salary up to £50,000 and a hybrid working arrangement with up to 3 days of onsite work per week.
