Job Description

Job Title: Project Management Office Lead - Stock and Inventory Specialist

Job Summary:

Crimson is seeking an experienced Project Management Office Lead to lead a large-scale project deploying an end-to-end stock solution across their business. This role involves overseeing menu planning, purchasing, stock management, and waste recording through three key workstreams: System, Processes, and Data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Governance and Reporting: Develop and manage programme tools, maintain project governance structures, and monitor progress.
  • Workstream Coordination: Oversee System, Processes, and Data workstreams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources, manage conflicts, and support team development.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks and issues.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships, facilitate meetings, and manage expectations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure quality standards and conduct regular project reviews.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience: Proven track record of managing complex end-to-end projects.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Personal Qualities: Strong ownership and accountability, effective under pressure, and collaborative and team-oriented.
