About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Management Office Lead to join our team at Stonewater. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective delivery of our strategic projects and programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a robust project and programme management governance framework to support the delivery of our strategic plan.
  • Provide assurance to our Strategic Delivery Board on the integrity and coherence of our portfolio of programmes, projects, and change initiatives.
  • Support the Assistant Director of Projects and Programmes in improving project and programme delivery and lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and best practices in project and programme management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, programme managers, and other business leaders.
  • Provide guidance and support to project and programme managers to ensure compliance with our project and programme management methodologies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project and programme delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project and programme management tools and templates to support effective delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project and programme management, with a focus on governance and assurance.
  • Strong understanding of project and programme delivery and lifecycle management.
  • Experience with project and programme management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and programmes simultaneously.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
