Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and forward calls to the appropriate recipients
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Provide general assistance and information to clients and visitors
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
