About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Security Officer to join our team at Kingdom Services Group. As a key partner to Morrisons Supermarkets, we provide a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel, providing a visible deterrent within the store, and completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees
  • Provide a visible deterrent within the store
  • Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
  • Work as part of a team to fulfill customer requirements
  • Deal with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgment, and a keen eye for detail
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
  • A valid SIA Licence or have applied for one
  • A full five-year checkable employment history
