About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Security Officer to join our team at Kingdom Services Group. As a Retail Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees within our Morrisons store in Inverness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of visibility and presence within the store to deter and prevent any potential security incidents.
  • Monitor CCTV systems and respond to any security breaches or incidents.
  • Complete reports and documentation as required to ensure accurate records of incidents and security activities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Deal with difficult situations in a professional and safe manner.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional approach with a balanced sense of judgment and a keen eye for detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
  • A valid SIA Licence or have applied for one.
  • A full five-year checkable employment history.
