Security Officer - Retail

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Morrisons Supermarket in Inverness. As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of visibility and presence within the store to deter and prevent crime.
  • Monitor CCTV systems and respond to incidents as necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to employees and customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve a safe and secure environment.
  • Complete reports and documentation as required.
Requirements:
  • Valid SIA Licence.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
