Key Responsibilities- Undertake assessments and investigations to identify the needs of children and families
- Develop and implement care plans to ensure the best outcomes for children
- Work closely with other agencies and professionals to ensure effective collaboration and communication
- Provide support and guidance to families to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve social work practice
- Qualified Social Worker with a Social Work degree or recognized qualification and registered with the relevant regulatory body
- Experience of working in a children and family setting, with a good understanding of child protection and safeguarding procedures
- Ability to work effectively with children, families, and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes
