Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Oversight

  • Manage the compliance system
  • Review completed documentation prior to managerial submission
  • Conduct thorough pre-employment verifications for each applicant
  • Ensure references are obtained for all candidates
  • Handle the sponsorship and de-sponsorship processes for candidates

Data Management

  • Maintain records of personal protective equipment (PPE) and competencies for all candidates
  • Track the arrival and distribution of compliance cards.

Administrative Duties

  • Respond to incoming inquiries
  • Manage incoming correspondence
  • Represent the organization at external functions and training sessions, ensuring that insights gained are shared with the team.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in administrative roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and candidates across all levels
