The Role:

As a Contracts Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  2. Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations.
  3. Handling project documentation and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  4. Identifying and mitigating potential risks to keep projects on track.
  5. Providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  1. Substantial experience in managing multiple projects at any one time.
  2. A background in managing diverse projects, with experience in flat roofing not required.
