About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Innovation Manager to join our FutureLaw team at TLT LLP. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for innovation and technology in the delivery of our legal services.
  • Lead and manage innovation projects from ideation to implementation, using design thinking and other human-centered methodologies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain an innovation network and ecosystem.
  • Develop and implement new ideas and solutions to meet the needs of our clients and the firm.
  • Work with our legal teams to identify opportunities for delivering improved experience, services, and outcomes for clients, as well as efficiencies and other business benefits for the firm.
  • Manage and coordinate teams, resources, budgets, and timelines to create, evaluate, manage, and implement innovative solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with our stakeholders, including clients, internal legal teams, and external partners.
  • Communicate the value of innovation and technology to our stakeholders and promote the FutureLaw team and its achievements internally and externally.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in creativity, innovation, and technology in the legal sector or a similar professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of the legal market and the challenges and opportunities for innovation and technology in the delivery of legal services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate opportunities and solutions.
  • Proactive and creative mindset, with the ability to generate and implement new ideas.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with diverse and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Agile and flexible working style, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
