About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Change and Innovation Consultant at Western Power. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving innovation and change initiatives that deliver value to our business and community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop lean prototypes for digital solutions to support rapid experimentation and innovation.
  • Provide expert advice on the feasibility, viability, and desirability of assigned initiatives and business-wide program activities.
  • Support the innovation capability of the business by challenging the status quo through experimentation and evidence-led proposals.
  • Maintain a lean approach to innovation by proposing right-sized experiments to validate uncertain assumptions on innovation initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Accurately identify stakeholders' needs, respond with empathy, and demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and integrity.
  • Ensure that all project and program documentation is completed appropriately.
  • Contribute to managing and continuously improving our innovation process, methods, and tools.

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong background in innovation, change management, or a related discipline, with at least 5+ years of experience guiding and supporting organizations in executing strategy. You should have project management experience and knowledge to the required initiative level, as well as innovative and creative problem-solving skills and the ability to provide workable solutions.
