**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to help drive the development and delivery of our cutting-edge products at FPSG Connect. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for developing a clear product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop a comprehensive product vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Communicate the vision to the development team and stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned and motivated.
  • Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog to ensure transparency and visibility.
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure the development team has a clear understanding of tasks and priorities.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, changes, and any issues.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
