Job Description

At World Travel Protection, our mission is to provide unparalleled travel risk management services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our global network strategy and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global network operating model, driving process improvements and best-in-class protocols to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage global provider network functions, ensuring quality control, medical governance, and brand reputation.
  • Formulate strategies to align Global Network Management (GNM) with the company's global operating model and vision, driving continuous improvement and cost containment initiatives.
  • Manage operational expenses for global network teams, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints and company policies.
  • Collaborate with Risk and Compliance, Medical leadership, and other stakeholders to maintain and improve compliance and risk frameworks across the network divisions.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with network leaders and teams globally, fostering consistency in delivery, execution, and engagement.
  • Identify and resolve provider network issues affecting or potentially affecting customer service delivery.
  • Support continuous improvement across network and related line of business functions.
  • Work with the Salesforce team to enhance the Global Care Network database.
  • Manage provider account relationships, including service delivery oversight, issue resolution, relationship management, contractual negotiations, and escalation support.
  • Develop, revise, and implement protocols and processes to drive operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of network service delivery.
  • Assistance industry experience or operational team management experience across multiple sites.
  • Ability to operate autonomously, using initiative, sound reasoning, and strong listening and decision-making skills.
  • Capacity to deliver results in a high-pressure, fast-paced professional services environment.
  • Proven ability to work proactively with staff to identify areas for improvement within the operational structure and organization.
